Responsibilities :

• Full filling all the position needed within the SLA.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and sourcing channel.
• Sourcing and Delivering good candidates within SLA.
• Utilize all channels for sourcing activity in regular basis, mostly for online social media.
• Proactively approach potential candidates, call candidates to come for interview and conduct for interview.
• Comply with the Recruitment and Selection process policy.
• Administer all the candidates and progress report and update the hiring manager in weekly basis .
• Preparing all the new joiner documents needed for onboarding process.
• Actively involved in any HR project
Requirements :

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or any field
• Required skill(s) : Psychological test administration & scoring, interviewing skill, sourcing, networking, Social Media.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in corporate and/or mass recruitment is required for this position.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, souring & employer branding.
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different role.
• Quick learner and adaptable, Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong pay attention to details and good interpersonal skills.
• Team player as well as be able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm, Pro-active with strong problem solving skills.
• Able to multitask while working under pressure and to deadlines.
